EURO SPAR FROZEN MIXED VEGETABLES.
Over the last five months I’ve been eating really ‘clean’ for the six days. What this means is zero intake of any form of processed food.
Also I’ve cut back on obvious carbohydrates for the evening meals and upped the intake of fresh vegetables.
And the result- amazing! Feel more energised with the cardio and my strength levels improving a bit every shed gym workout. I will always eat this way from now on.
One of the ways I handily and cheaply upped my veggie intake were with Euro spar’s own brand frozen bags.
Added a portion to my quinnoa and turkey 10 am and 1pm meals along with a splash of organic olive oil and a few drops of umeboshi seasoning and a few grinds of black pepper,tastes great I think anyway!
Came upon these a while ago now and find the combination of vegetables and the way they are cut really versatile and perfect to eat raw after defrosting.
I think as we get older its 90 percent of what you eat verses 10 percent exercise determines the way you look.
