PROTEIN DRINK & OAT CAKES – A.K.A MY 3 PM MEAL.
I prepare this meal like the rest of my meals at 7am in the
morning before heading out.
The 3pm meal consists of:
· A protein shake which is made up with 100g of rice milk, 15g of unflavoured pea isolate, 15g of Pink Sun grass fed hormone free unflavoured whey isolate, 15g of pure fine oats and 100g of filtered water.
· Four Oat cakes spread with smooth peanut butter.
